14 days, full refund

If Uncoder Pro or Agency isn’t right for you, write to us within 14 days of a payment and we refund it in full. You don’t need to give a reason. This covers yearly and lifetime licences, and yearly renewals too.

How to ask

Reply to the email with your licence key, or write to hello@uncoderbuilder.com from the address you bought with. We refund through PayPal, to the account or card you paid with. PayPal usually shows the refund within a few days.

What happens after a refund

The licence ends, and a yearly subscription is cancelled so it won’t renew. Your sites keep working, and every page and starter site you imported stays as it is. You stop getting Pro features, updates, new library kits and priority support. The free plugin keeps working and updating as normal.

On Agency, the private cloud library closes when the licence is refunded, so download anything you saved there before you ask.

After 14 days

After 14 days we don’t refund payments, except where the law requires it. Two exceptions: if you were charged twice by mistake, or a renewal went through after you had already cancelled, write to us and we refund it.

Cancelling a yearly licence

Cancelling isn’t a refund. It stops the next renewal, and the licence runs to the end of the year you paid for. You can cancel at any time in your PayPal account (Settings → Payments → Automatic payments).

Upgrading from Pro to Agency

You don’t need a refund to upgrade. Write to us before you upgrade, and what you have already paid for Pro is credited towards Agency, on both yearly and lifetime.
